Man o man…my life has truly been blessed with some amazing findings lately. The audiophile experiment has led to some amazing results. It’s such a different world from the Bluetooth world. In short if you even remotely find Bluetooth headphones good or amazing…you are seriously missing the true sound quality out there. Brands like Final and Moondrop do some things in Audio quality that just has no equal or anything in the same area code as their earphones compared to anything Bluetooth. And when I say anything I seriously mean every single brand and every single price point. I spent years with different earphones from $40-$600 and none of them ever touch the surface of the Sun known as Audiophile level earphones or headphones. I found this out first with my headphones and today I have found out the same thing with the earphones with this pair …the A4000 by Final..
Final is a class leader in technology for sound engineering. The level of design and complexity of their testing and development for their drivers are just on another planet. And the beauty of it is that they make all kinds of different price points and advantages throughout their products that punch well above their price point , giving the consumer much more than any other headphone at the same price point delivers on. This makes them a serious threat to any competitor out there in the audiophile world that isn’t on top of their game. The a4000 at $150 is a earphones that delivers one of the biggest soundstage’s you will hear in any earphone under $2000. I say that because yes..their very own $2000 b3 fails to defeat the A4000 at sound-staging. The wide spacious sounds are truly amazing for my ears. I width and 3d directions of sounds and separation of instruments is crazily done on this IEM and yet they still manage to product good bass mids and vocals.
And when you take sound like this and add to it the design like this that fits your ears so perfectly it completely blows your mind. Final designed the A line in such a way that it mimics custom fit earphones. It’s perfectly flat and disappears in your ears to the point that you could lay down with them without them getting in the way. So walking around or sitting down listening to music will be no problem either if you can sleep with them. Then my favor part for me is the venting design. You don’t have to worry about pressure build up inside you ears while in use with them. They sit in your ears and stay as long as you use the right size tips which they give you plenty of and they very comfortable.
And finally for those interested…they even come in a very handy circle case. I found it very soft to touch and easy to place in my pocket. You truly don’t have to worry about losing the earphone because the case is big enough to keep up with and it’s protective enough to cover any reasonable falls or bumps to it so your earphone remain protected. So you have the complete package people. Best of all you can keep your charger at home for the earphones, just carry your phone’s charger. And you still can talk on the phone…and clearly on top of that. Both the person on the phone and you both will sound amazingly clear to each other. At the end of day I know most of you are probably thinking about the cables vs wireless. I use to be like that too. Let me be very clear…this sound experience is far and away beyond anything you have heard in Bluetooth. If you enjoy music and want the best …audiophile equipment is the way to do it. But unfortunately it will require the best connection…wired. I promise you won’t regret giving up wireless audio once you experience this type of quality if you love music and sound.
